During the process of workshop number 4 I learned a lot about how to compose a scene and be ready for any subject to enter your scene, and be gone in a blink of an eye. It took me a lot of different attempts and different subjects and a couple different scenes to capture a photo that I was pleased with. The photo I featured above is the final product I wanted to use for this workshop because I really liked the colors and vibrance in the photo, as well as the fact that my subject was placed right in the middle of the scene I composed. I chose to shoot at this bridge in Dunn meadow because I thought it was a very pretty scene and I liked the way the light hit the trees behind it. I also thought that the bridge created very visually interesting leading lines, and with the help of Professor Comfort I created a scene that put the lines in the middle with symmetry with my subjects walking through. I also love that the girl in the image above has a unique hair color that also matches her shirt, it gives the picture more of a story and more visually appealing essence and detail.
