A violent attempted sexual assault in Dunn’s Woods ends in an arrest thanks to the quick action of bystanders. Our team found that the suspect had been arrested for an eerily similar crime just months prior. Noel Fary talked with the bystanders in that case, and with the Monroe County Prosecutor’s Office about why that case was dismissed.
