Katherine Patterson is a junior at Indiana University and reporter for WTIU/WFIU News.  Growing up loving videography and writing, she knew that a career in broadcasting would never be out of the question.  Throughout her academic career at Indiana University, she has surrounded herself in all different sides of journalism.  She began by filming live sports events around campus and working for a volunteer-powered radio station called WFHB.  From there she was able to join IUNewsNet Daily and her current position at Indiana Public Media.  Also being in other extracurricular activities outside of the Media School such as an on-campus acapella group, Katherine is always running around ready to take the next moment of her life head-on.
